It's been a long time since we've been to Kemah. It was a lot of fun. I can definitely say that I am too old to ride the bullet! Drinks at Landry's are so good!
Do not go to Kemah during weekdays. Some workers are lazy. We went at Thursday at 5:00 pm and the park was alone. We waited 10 minutes for a ride. We wanted to do It again because we had 2 tickets and They told us that we must wait... really???Why??? They weren’t busy. It was time to go and we lose the money of the tickets.
Awesome dining. Great views. Cute boutiques. Starbucks on site. The park is fun and family friendly. The photographers get annoying sometimes. My only complaint with the rides is that an “of age” person has to accompany a child on ALL rides. My goddaughter (4) had a wristband and couldn’t ride the kiddy rides alone, and I didn’t purchase a ticket for myself.
I love the boardwalk because there is always plenty to do there. It is nice just to walk around and watch the water off the boardwalk. There are plenty of places to eat and to shop. Santa stops by during winter, so that's great for kids! There are photos taken while you walk around with friends and family which you can buy from Kemah. It is always nice to see the boardwalk when possible.
Great place with lots to do. The amusement rides are fun, but I find most of my enjoyment just walking around the place. There are plenty of fine restaurants scattered around that will surely please any family, and a decent number of shops and stores to browse.
